- A question about an identifier that was never stored abstains instead of guessing.
- A changed attribute, including a replaced headquarters city, supersedes the previous fact when it is written.
- Where and when answers no longer treat benchmark wording as a place or a time.
- Who and what-value answers stay on the fact that names the pull request.
- Recall keeps the original item when a hash claim fails, and skips a fresh embed when a digit in the question already names the top fact.
- Recall overlaps index shards, fact re-reads, and the miss-path embed, and caches query embeds by redacted text and model.
